Abstract

The study aimed to identify the requirements for employing electronic management in the administrative operations of basic education schools in the city of Irbid. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and The study sample consisted of (466) teachers. The results showed that the requirements for employing electronic management in the administrative processes with their Factors (electronic planning, electronic organization, leadership and direction, electronic evaluation) in basic education schools came to a large degree, and there were no statistically significant differences about the requirements of employing electronic administration in the administrative operations according to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience, and the interaction between them).

       The most important recommendations of the study were the need to spread the culture of electronic management among school staff, students, parents, and stakeholders in preparation for the application of electronic management in the school. providing all electronic management application tools, And holding training courses for all school employees related to the mechanisms of applying electronic management in the school.
