Abstract
The study aims to identify the degree of moral leadership practice by principals of Madaba schools and its relationship to job satisfaction among the teachers of those schools from the point of view of the teachers themselves. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive correlational approach, through the questionnaire. The sample consisted of (457) male and female school teachers in Madaba Governorate. The results showed that the degree of application of moral leadership by school principals was high, and the results showed that the level of job satisfaction among school teachers was high. The results also revealed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation at the significance level (α = 0.05) between moral leadership and job satisfaction. In light of the results, recommendations were presented.
