Abstract

      The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing organizational integrity among school principals in the Qasaba Irbid district and its relationship to the practice of organizational trust among them. The correlational survey method was used, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection.  School principals in Qasaba Irbid District from the point of view of teachers came at a high level, and also showed that the level of organizational confidence for teachers came at a high level, and there was a moderate positive correlation relationship statistically significant at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the degree of practicing  Organizational integrity of school principals and the level of organizational trust. The study recommends holding courses, seminars, lectures, and workshops on the importance of organizational integrity, and its principles for managers with little experience and those with high experience.
