There is a kind of interest in using technology and employing it in teaching and learning different skills among players in different sports. There is a deficiency in Taekwondo coaches’ use of technological tools and their use in developing the level of performance and training of players, as very few coaches resort to them during training processes. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of using interactive and non-interactive video in developing the learning skills of young Taekwondo players in Jordan during COVID-19 pandemic. To achieve the aim of the study, a quasi-experimental approach was used. The researchers used a note card, an interactive video, and a non-interactive video to collect data related to this study. To analyze the data, the statistical analysis program SPSS was used. The results showed that there was an effect of the training method (interactive and non-interactive video) in developing the learning skills of Taekwondo players in the three skills (basic skills, presentation skill, and accuracy skill) and in the overall score of the skills. In light of these results, recommendations and proposals are presented.
