The Degree of Applying Quality Management Standards by the principals in Government Inclusive Schools in Qaṣabah Irbid District

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the degree of applying quality management standards in government inclusive schools in Qaṣabah Irbid District among principals. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive approach was used through a questionnaire consisting of (31) items to reveal the degree of applying quality management standards in government inclusive schools in Qaṣabah Irbid District among principals. The study sample consisted of (113) male and female principals, including (51) male principals and (62) female principals, who were selected randomly. The study results showed that the degree of applying quality management standards in government inclusive schools in Qaṣabah Irbid District among principals was moderate. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample regarding applying quality management standards by the principals in government inclusive schools in Qaṣabah Irbid District due to the variables of gender and practical experience.
