The level of knowledge of the inclusive education team in the capital, Amman, regarding the procedural aspect of the ten-year strategy for inclusive education

Abstract

Abstract: The study aimed to determine the level of the inclusive education team in Amman, regarding procedural aspect of the ten-year strategy for inclusive education, with their different scientific sectors, numbers and school types. To achieve this, a framework scale was prepared to determine sample level, and it has standards for truth and consistency. It consisted of (182) teachers who were selected intentionally. It concluded that knowledge level was average. Based on the results, statistically significant differences were found in the knowledge level of the sample attributed to training hours variables and type of school sector, and no significant differences attributable due to the academic qualification variable. Study recommendation is planning mandatory practical training courses and workshops on inclusive learning practices for staff of educational institutions and members of the local community to spread the awareness of inclusive education policies.
