This study aims to reveal the level of leadership skills of gifted students in King Abdullah II Schools for Excellence from the perspective of students and their teachers and its relationship to some variables. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used based on two scales to evaluate the level of leadership skills of gifted students from their perspective and their teachers, which were developed by the researchers, in addition to an open question at the end of the scale to obtain additional information about the desire of gifted students to be future leaders. The study sample consists of (279) gifted students in King Abdullah II Schools for Excellence in Amman Governorate and (30) male and female teachers of gifted students in those schools. The results show that the level of leadership skills among gifted students is high from the perspective of the students themselves, and also shows that the level of leadership skills among gifted students is high from the perspective of their teachers. It was found that there are differences in the level of leadership skills among gifted students attributed to experience in learning leadership skills in favor of gifted students who have previous experience in leadership skills, while there are no differences in the level of leadership skills among gifted students attributed to the variable of gender and the grade in which they study. In light of the results, many recommendations are presented related to leadership skills for the gifted.
