The study aimed to explore the impact of Transformational Leadership (TL) with its dimensions (ideal influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational stimulation, and individual considerations) on Work Engagement (WE) with its combined dimensions (Vigor, dedication, and Absorption) at Jordan Ahli Bank. The descriptive analytical approach was used, a number of statistical methods such as Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression regression analysis and the SPSS program to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. A proportional stratified random sample was used and consisted of all employees in the branches amounted to (199) employees, (287) valid questionnaires were recovered for analysis. Results indicate that a significant correlation between TL and Work engagement and a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of Transformational Leadership and each the of the dimensions of WE. The study recommended the necessity of qualifying and training managers in the bank by holding courses concerned with training leaders so that they will be more effective in achieving the bank’s objectives and more able to influence employees, and contribute to increasing the rates of employee engagement in their work.
